To make a Minecraft Pocket Edition Realm, you need to have a Mojang account. Here are the steps to follow:

Open the Minecraft Apk Pocket Edition on your mobile device and tap on the "Play" button.

Tap on the "Realms" tab at the top of the screen.

If you already have an active Realms subscription, you should see the option to "Create New Realm". Tap on this option.

If you do not have an active subscription, you will be prompted to purchase one. Follow the prompts to complete the purchase.

Once you have an active subscription, tap on the "Create New Realm" option.

You will be prompted to choose a name for your Realm and select a Game Mode. You can choose either "Survival" or "Creative".

Next, select the "Members" option to invite other players to your Realm. You can invite players from your friend list, from Xbox Live, or by sending them an invitation link.

Once you have selected your members, tap on the "Create" button to create your Realm.

It may take a few minutes for your Realm to be created. Once it's ready, you can tap on it in the "Realms" tab to start playing.
